How It Works
Upon selection, you will be granted permission to recruit as an independent consultant under the HR national brand and you will be provided access to the systems, collateral, databases, job board advertising, contractor payroll facilities and back office support structures required to run and grow your own successful recruitment business. Importantly there are no capital costs, long-term agreements or operational restrictions.

You must have a minimum of two years end to end recruitment experience within an agency and you will have an adequate home office to operate your practice from.
